Your event project manager
Regardless of the size or type of event – trade show, exhibition, conference – one of our three senior event project managers – Donna, Shelly or Emma will be your main contact throughout our relationship. Each has more than 15 years experience in organising and running events and knows exactly how to make your event a success.
The role of your event project manager will depend on the services you need and type of event you are planning. Exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and one-off events all have different requirements.

| Donna joined Cirrus in 1997 and quickly became popular with our clients. Some notable projects have included the TAG Aviation chalet at successive Farnborough Air shows and Gama Aviation’s stand at the last 3 EBACE exhibitions in Geneva. Donna is also a regular fixture in our reception teams with Boeing and Raytheon. | After managing exhibitions and media for BAE Shelly founded Cirrus Event Management in 1995. With a network of highly skilled professionals experienced in working with the security conscious and confidential nature of many of its early clients, Shelly quickly grew a reputation for providing highly dependable exhibition services. | With excellent client relations and communication skills Emma also joined in 1997. She has become our guest management system specialist. Emma is often seen working closely with our client’s event managers organising and managing meetings during exhibitions and trade shows, including our largest client, Raytheon. |
